Grace Hwang: That’s not Real Kimchi

I propose to host 3 events throughout the CSA season, either at CSA pickup spots, the farm itself, or even shareholders’ homes. I will host the first one, a kimjang, (kimchi making party!) using the produce yielded at the farm. The second event will be different cultural variations on the potato pancake, (latkes, juns, etc) also using produce from the farm. For the last event, I plan to reach out to CSA members and find someone who would like to offer a family recipe of their own.
